Q: Do you ship outside of United States?
A: No, sorry we only ship to Lower 48 States.

Q: How long will it take to ship out an item afther I pay?
A: We usually ship out with in 1-2 days.

Q: Are the item you selling NEW?
A: Yes, unless the item you bidding on state used.

Q: Do you accept other payment beside paypal?
A: Yes, I also accept personal check and cashier check.

Q: When will shippment be send if I pay with personal check or cashier check?
A: Shippment will be send afther the personal checks or cashier check are cleared.

Q: Do I get my tracking information afther the item is shipped?
A: Yes, We ship via UPS. Once the shippment is sended, UPS will email you the tracking information
through your eBay Buyer Email.Shippment with USPS Priority information will be emailed by me or USPS.

Q: What happen if I didn't receive my tracking infomation afther I paid?
A: Some time there might be an error that you didn't recieve your tracking information for your shippment.

Q: Will you ship to a PO Box or APO address?
A: No, we only ship orders to confirmed physical addresses (residential or business).

Q: What if I already paid for an order and my shipping address is to a PO Box or APO?
A: You should contact us immediately thru eBay Contact Seller to provide a physical address.

Q: Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
A: Sorry, we do not allow local pickups due to safety and liability reasons. No exceptions.

Q: What should I do if my item is damaged/lost/stolen during shipping?
A: We pack each item with care before shipping. We are not responsible for item(s) damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. These issues need to be addressed to the shipping carrier. We'll try to assist you in any way we can. UPS automatically insures up to $100.

Q: When are you going to leave me a feedback?
A: We will leave you a positive feedback once you are satisfy with your purchase and have left us a positive feedback.

Q: Email with no reply?
A: If you email us and didn't get any reply with in 1 - 2 days. Please email us again there might be email problems.
