All of our items are BRAND NEW, We do not sell any used items unless otherwise noted in the auction.
If the item shows up defective or damaged. You must notify us within 3 days to report any problems or request authorization to return an item and please email us immediately with the following informations:

Reason for Return (1-2 sentences)
Let us know if you want a refund or an exchange

All returns must be in their original condition, with all plastic straps, tape, etc still intact and unremoved and in its original untampered form. (Please check your item before removing anything), and ship item back to us within 7 days of receiving our authorization to return. Item will be shipped back at the buyers cost. Defective items will only be exchanged for the same item. We will file a damage claim for the buyer if the item shows up damaged. A replacement will be shipped once we receive all necessary paperwork from our shipper.
